This covers mgcre.com and the MGC CRM application. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

This site sets exactly one cookie, and only after you sign in: mgc_session, an opaque session identifier, HttpOnly; Secure; SameSite=Lax, seven days rolling. It exists so the application knows who you are. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a consent banner.
Signed-in users also have a theme preference stored in the browser's own local storage. It never leaves the browser.
Like every web server, ours writes a request log: IP address, user agent, path, timestamp, response status. It is used for diagnosing faults and for spotting abuse, and it is not joined to any marketing profile.
Each page load also posts a small diagnostic beacon to our own server with how the load started, whether the browser had discarded the tab, and the JavaScript heap size. It exists because of a real bug report about pages appearing to reload on their own. It goes to our server log, not to a database and not to anyone else.
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. That means Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. We flag it here rather than pretending the page has no third-party requests at all.
The form on the home page collects your name, your brokerage, your email address, your market and an optional note. It is stored in our database and emailed to two people at MGC so a human can reply.
It is used to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. It is not sold, not shared with anyone outside MGC, and not added to a mailing list. Ask us and we will delete it.
Your deals, properties, contacts, documents and everything else you put into MGC CRM belong to your brokerage. We process it to run the product for you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, we do not aggregate it into a market data product, and we do not use it to train models.
Data is stored in Amazon Web Services in the United States. The service providers involved in running the product are Amazon Web Services for hosting, storage and outbound email, Cloudflare for the network edge, Dropbox where your brokerage has connected it, Mapbox for the property map, and the AI provider you choose for the assistant. Each receives only what its function requires.
When you ask the in-app assistant a question, the question and the data needed to answer it are sent to the model provider you selected, Anthropic or xAI. Neither is permitted to train on it. If you would rather not use it, the panel can stay closed.
Access-request records are kept while the conversation is live and deleted on request. Application data is kept for as long as your brokerage is a customer, and returned or deleted at the end on your instruction. If you want a copy of what we hold about you, or want it deleted, write to us and we will do it.
This is business software. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and current customers are told directly.
Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests: use the form on the home page, or write to MGC CRM, Muljat Group Commercial, Bellingham, Washington.
Tell us about your brokerage and your market. We reply personally to every request, and there is nothing to sit through before you see the live system.
